Our collective strength comes from a diversity of thought, gender, culture, ethnicity, race, socio-economic backgrounds. So we strive to make Rokt an inclusive space for everyone.
Grassroots support
Rokt’s EDI Committee is employee-led and focuses on making sure every Rokt’star is fully heard and fairly treated.
A place for everyone
We have a wide range of Employee Resource Groups that provide safe spaces for Rokt’stars to come together. These spaces allow them to share their experiences with others and provide perspectives on community issues, needs, and policies that help make Rokt an inspiring workplace.
Rainbow Rokts
Rainbow Rokts aims to bring together LGBTQ members and allies across our organization. The organization’s mission is to not only create a safe space for colleagues searching for a sense of community but to build a platform for education, awareness, personal growth, and aide to the LGBTQ community outside of Rokt.
Womxn who Rokt
Womxn Who Rokt is dedicated to empowering women at Rokt. The group, open to all Rokt’stars, hosts a myriad of events throughout the year including book clubs to discuss women at work and panels where our colleagues share their personal stories. Past panel volunteers have spoken about how to overcome fears, maintaining work life balance and managing growth and leadership roles.
Blak’stars
The mission of Blak’stars is to foster networking, professional development, mentoring, and leadership opportunities for Rokt’s community of Black employees; advancing an environment that is diverse, inclusive, and provides equal resources for all. Providing targeted support to the Black community, the group works to promote the growth and success of employees across various job functions, while leading various efforts intended to inspire all to achieve their greatest potential.
Asian’stars
Asian'stars is committed to creating a culturally inclusive environment that elevates the voices of our Asian Rokt’stars, celebrates and honors Asian heritage, and contributes to the broader Rokt's EDI mission.
Rokt’Estrellas
Rokt’Estrellas mission is to have a restorative impact on the surrounding environment and our team by implementing education and awareness initiatives, developing and operating Rokt offices to conserve resources, reducing pollution, and enhancing personal well-being.
Neuro’Stars
Neuro’stars welcomes all Rokt’stars who are neurodiverse and anyone who wants to understand the broad spectrum of neurodiversity - no labels or disclosures are necessary or expected! Neuro’stars seeks to make Rokt a great place to work for neurodiverse folk and provide support, resources, and visibility to neurodiverse Rokt’stars.
