Early career opportunities
At Rokt, we know that early career talent brings fresh perspectives and bold ideas. Whether you're just starting out or building on a few years of experience, you'll have the opportunity to make real impact from day one. If you're driven, curious, and ready to accelerate your career, we’d love to meet you. Expected timeline process: 14-21 days
This will be two separate assessments, the UCAT is timed and will last 20 minutes, while the EPP takes approximately 10 minutes and can be done at your leisure, it’s recommended to allocate 40 minutes in total for both assessments. These tools will help us better understand your problem-solving abilities and how you align with our company values.
You will complete a three question one-way video interview. This format allows us to assess your communication skills, presentation style, and problem-solving abilities in a more relaxed setting. It also provides a standardized and fair evaluation process, ensuring that all candidates are asked the same questions and assessed equally.
You will join us in office to experience our culture firsthand at our Rokt office(s). This is a fantastic opportunity to meet the team, and get a feel for our better together culture. Expect to have 2-3 interviews with members of the team, focusing on your technical skills and values alignment.
A Bar Raiser is a values-focused conversation with a senior leader at Rokt. We'll explore how your own values align with Rokt's values and culture, how you think and approach challenges, and how you'll help Rokt level up.

Experienced career opportunities

Our People team will invite you to complete a 20-minute Universal Cognitive Aptitude Test. You can read more about what to expect here.
Based on your application and score, someone from the hiring team will reach out to you for an introductory call to get to know you better and answer your questions about the company and the role.
You’ll then go through a series of interviews with the hiring team (most roles will also ask you to create or complete a work product, presentation, or technical exercise) This is an opportunity for you to meet the people you would be working most closely with. We know interviews are a two-way street!
