Early career opportunities
At Rokt, we know that early career talent brings fresh perspectives and bold ideas. Whether you're just starting out or building on a few years of experience, you'll have the opportunity to make real impact from day one. If you're driven, curious, and ready to accelerate your career, we’d love to meet you. Expected timeline process: 14-21 days
You’ll complete a three question one-way video interview that allows us to assess your communication skills, presentation style, and problem-solving abilities in a more relaxed setting. This format allows us to run a standardized and fair evaluation process, ensuring all candidates are asked the same questions and assessed equally.
While we run an AI-forward hiring process, we also deeply value getting to know you in person. You’ll join us in the office to meet the team, get a feel for our Better Together culture, and showcase your skills and values alignment. Expect 2-3 interviews with different members of the team.
A Bar Raiser is our final values-focused interview with a senior leader outside your direct function or department. We'll explore how your own values align with Rokt's values and culture, how you think through and approach challenges, and how you'll help the company continue to level up.

Experienced career opportunities
We’re looking for builders, problem-solvers, and strategic thinkers ready to make an impact. With a solid foundation already in place, you’ll have the autonomy to lead, the support to keep growing, and the opportunity to drive real impact across our business and technology. Expected process time: 28-35 days.
We’ll review your background and reach out to you to set up an initial call to learn more about you and share more about the opportunity you’ve applied to. Prior to the next step, we’ll ask you to complete a 15-minute timed CCAT. Together, these steps help us better understand your ability to solve problems, digest and apply information, learn new skills, and think critically.
Our interview experience mirrors what it’s like to work at Rokt. We’re highly dynamic, collaborative, and we like to move fast. Expect the same as you meet different members of the team virtually and in person. For most roles, we’ll also ask you to create or complete a work product, presentation, or technical exercise that showcases your skills and abilities.

Depending on the seniority of your role, this step may include multiple interviews.
