How we hire
Thank you for thinking of joining our team. Here’s a step-by-step guide of what you can expect from our hiring process.
Our People team will reach out to invite you to complete a 15-minute Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test. You can read more about what to expect here.
Based on your application and score, someone from the hiring team will reach out to you for an introductory call to get to know you better and answer your questions about the company and the role.
You’ll then go through a series of interviews with the hiring team (certain roles will also ask you to create a work product or presentation.) This is an opportunity for you to meet the people you would be working most closely with. We know interviews are a two-way street!
In the Bar Raiser, you’ll have a conversation with an executive with a focus on values. This final interview further explores how your own values align with Rokt's, how you think and approach challenges, and how you’ll help Rokt level up.
If we find you’re a match, you’ll receive a call offering you the role. While we wish we could hire every great candidate who comes our way, the reality is that not everyone makes it through. If you’re not selected, we’ll contact you and let you know so you can move on with your search.
