Creating a candid culture

Building a people-first culture and empowering everyone to have an equal voice is our first priority. We share info about every aspect of the company: our salaries, weekly CEO reports, bi-monthly global events, our annual conference, and this very handbook.

Know the next rung on your career ladder

Rokt’s Career Ladder document lays out what skills you need for each of our roles, as well as the salary and equity for each position. This information is visible to all Rokt’stars. And each quarter, we re-evaluate the document to keep up to date with economic changes and make sure our wages stay competitive.

Come for a chat whenever you need

Bruce Buchanan, our Founder and CEO, hosts regular office hours for questions and discussions from Rokt’stars. Alternatively, if you want to stick to online communication, submit questions on Google Chat. These can be anonymous and are answered by our executive teams.

Diversity

We celebrate having a diverse group of Rokt’stars who want to recognize days that are culturally or religiously important to them. We recently launched a program where Rokt’stars have a flexible public holiday structure to allow them to choose their own public holidays. Employees can select time off for holidays that are meaningful to them.

We give all Rokt’stars equity. If we succeed, everyone is rewarded. Our US employees also have access to retirement plans with a 4% dollar-for-dollar 401K matching plan.

We provide a variety of health (physical and mental) care programs, including a zero cost monthly premium option in the US. We also offer a monthly Wellness allowance and Wellbeing sessions.

Learning and development

We invest in you and your development through ongoing training, education, and coaching — paid for with your annual ‘Level Up’ training allowance.


Time off and flexible working

We give our team 20 paid days off, five extra high-five days, 16 paid weeks of parental leave, and volunteer days for all employees.

We run a hybrid work environment with four days a week in the office. And one week each quarter, you can work from anywhere in the world.
